Removal and installation windshield washer nozzles (VW Golf 4)

Direction of pressing on the windshield washer nozzles to remove it from the hood

• 1 - washer nozzles;
• 2 - arrow indicating initial nozzle pressing;
• 3 - nozzle retainer;
• 4 - arrow indicating the direction of nozzle removal

Removal

1. Open the hood.

2. Press the spray nozzles with your hand in the direction of vehicle movement and in this position move the nozzles down and remove it from the hood.

3. Disconnect the fluid supply hose from the nozzle.

4. Disconnect the windshield washer nozzle heater wire from the hood and disconnect the electrical connector from the heater.

Installation

1. Place the liquid supply hose onto the nozzles.

2. Connect the electrical connector to the nozzle heater and secure the wire to the hood.

3. Pressing on the washer nozzles, fix it in the hood.

4. Check the direction of the fluid spray onto the windshield and adjust the washer nozzles if necessary.
