Removal and installation upper trim in driver's footwell (VW Golf 4)

Upper trim details in driver's footwell

• 1 - screws;
• 2 - Left trim for driver's footwell;
• 3 - screws;
• 4 - Driver's right footwell trim

Execution order

Warning: Remove the left trim (2) first as one of the screws (3) secures both trims.

1. Remove the two screws (1) securing the left driver's footwell trim.

2. Remove the upper part of the trim (2) from the spring clips.

3. Remove the two screws (3) securing the driver's right footwell trim.

4. Release the top portion of the trim from the spring clips.

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
