Removal and installation the glove box (VW Golf 4)

Location of glove box mounting screws

• 1 - storage box;
• 2 - glove box mounting screws

Execution order

1. Pull towards the door (arrow) and remove the side decorative trim (1) of the instrument panel (3), releasing the spring clips (2).

2. To access the lower right glove box mounting bolt, the front section of the center console must be removed.

3. Unscrew the 7 glove box mounting bolts and remove the glove box from the instrument panel.

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
