Instructions: When installing, tighten the screws in sequence (1.5 Nm).
Remove the glove compartment from the dashboard. Disconnect the wiring harness from the glove compartment light switch "E26". In vehicles with a deactivatable airbag, disconnect the wiring harness from the key-operated switch. In vehicles with a right footwell light "W10", disconnect the wiring harness from it. In vehicles with a glove compartment cooling system, disconnect the air duct of the air conditioning system from it.
Removal and installation the glove compartment lock cylinder
Open the glove compartment.
Instructions: Separate removal of the cylinder "1" is not possible, it is necessary to replace the handle "2".
Unscrew screw "3" and remove handle "2" from the glove compartment lid.
Removal and installation the front panel side trims

Pry up the left side trim "1" with wedge "3409" and detach it from the front panel. Remove trim "1" from under the upper trim of the A-pillar "2". Pry up the right side trim "3" with wedge "3409" and detach it from the front panel. Remove trim "3" from under the upper trim of the A-pillar "4".
