The oil sump can be removed with the built-in engine, but the front of the vehicle must be jacked up.
Unscrew the oil drain plug and let it drain.
Hang the engine on a sling and lift it up slightly.
Unscrew the tin cover from the bottom side.
Unscrew the crankcase and remove the seal if it is stuck to it.
The crankcase is mounted in the reverse order to dismantling. Pay attention to the following.
Always use a new seal Do not grease the sealing surfaces of the boat. The seal you put on must always be dry.
Tighten the screws evenly and crosswise. The hex screws are tightened to a torque of 20 Nm.
Fill the engine with 3 liters of oil if the filter has also been replaced; otherwise, 2.5 liters.
