Removal



Remove the noise insulation screen. Mark the direction of the poly V-belt.

Turn the wrench clockwise so that the tensioner can be secured with the T10060 mandrel (Fig. 2.2).

Remove the poly V-belt.

Installation



Before installing the poly V-belt, check that all units are securely fastened (generator, air conditioning compressor, vane pump).

Check the ease of rotation of the deflection roller.

When installing a poly V-belt, check the direction of travel and the correct fit of the belt on the belt drive pulleys.

Route the poly V-belt as shown in Figure 2.3.

Start the engine and check the belt operation.
