If necessary, the brake discs can be additionally ground to be used again. In this case, pay attention to the minimum thickness specified in the table of dimensions and adjustment parameters, which must be observed during grinding work. Also pay attention to the flatness of the surface of the brake discs, i.e. they must be ground so that both sides are parallel to each other.
If the brake disc is suspected to be damaged, the runout of the outer edge can be checked using a dial indicator.
To remove the brake disc, remove the brake seat without blocking the brake hose. After this, remove the brake disc.
