Instructions: From the 22nd calendar week of 2008, a bracket with an air pollution sensor "G23B" is installed on the intake ventilation grille in vehicles with Climatronic.
Unlock the air pollution sensor mount "G238" "1" and turn it clockwise to remove it from the bracket.
Unscrew the "arrow" nuts (2.5±0.4 Nm) and remove the inlet ventilation grille in an upward direction.
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Instructions: Ensure that the grille seal is installed correctly.
Installation procedure. Properly orient the inlet ventilation grille relative to the edges of the opening. Holding the grille, first secure it with the side nuts (2.5±0.4 Nm) and only then with the middle nut.
