Switches (general information) — removal and installation (VW Lt 28)

1. The switches mounted on the front panel can be removed after disconnecting the battery.

2. Press down on the switch's mounting tabs, which can be accessed from underneath the front panel, and then slide the switch forward.

3. Mark the electrical wire connections and then disconnect the electrical wiring from the plug (see photo 15.3).



4. Installation is carried out by performing the above steps in reverse order.

5. The horn switch located in the center of the steering wheel is described in Chapter 11.

6. The switches for the backlight bulbs are attached with single screws (see photo 15.6).
