1. The fuse box is located under the left side of the instrument panel (see photo 10.1).

2. The circuits to be protected are marked on the fuse box cover. Please also refer to Specifications at the beginning of this Chapter.

3. Always replace a blown fuse with a new one of the same capacity, and if it blows again immediately, trace the fault - very often it is an insulation fault.

4. Certain electrical appliances operate through relays that are mounted on the fuse box. These relays serve the following purposes:
  • Dimming of headlights and flashing device;
  • Rear window heating;
  • Hazard warning lights and direction indicators.

5. Never attempt to replace a blown fuse with silver foil or wire. Such actions may result in a fire or very serious malfunction.
