Turn indication
To indicate a right turn, lift the lever to position 1 as far as it will go. To indicate a left turn, lower the lever to position 2 as far as it will go. The turn signal lever moves to the straight ahead position when the turn is completed.
When changing lanes, raise or lower the lever in direction 1 or 2 until it hits the lock (not up to the end) and keep it in this position until the maneuver is completed.
If the turn signal is working, the lights on the corresponding side will flash. At the same time, the signaling devices on the instrument panel begin to flash.
Low - high beam headlights
To turn on the high beam, pull the lever away from you in the direction of arrow 3.
The inclusion of high beam is confirmed by the corresponding indicator on the dashboard.
To turn off the high beam, move the lever towards you.
For short-time switching on high beam (e.g. to warn an oncoming driver) pull the lever towards you in the direction of the arrow 4.
During all these shifts, the dipped beam remains on.
Parking lights
The parking lights only come on when the ignition is off.
To turn on the right parking lights, lift the lever up to position 1.
To turn on the left parking lights, move the lever down to position 2.
If the key is removed from the ignition, a buzzer will sound while the driver's door is left open.
Motion Stabilization Program
The program works on vehicles equipped with ABS and may include a traction control system (TCS) and differential lock (EDS). The program gives the driver the opportunity to improve the car's handling in difficult conditions, for example, to drive at high speed on roads with frequent turns. At the same time, the program reduces the risk of skidding under any driving conditions. The system works in the entire speed range in conjunction with ABS. If there is a malfunction in the ABS, then the motion stabilization system stops working.
The motion stabilization system is activated automatically when the engine is started, but it can also be turned off and on by yourself by pressing the ESP button. Under normal driving conditions, the system should be enabled. It makes sense to turn it off only in exceptional cases when wheel slip is required.
Note. For guaranteed operation of the motion stabilization system, it is necessary that the tires on all four wheels are the same.
