1. Outdoor light switch
Headlights can only be turned on when the ignition is on. When the engine is started and the ignition is turned off, the headlights automatically switch to the parking lights. Switching the headlights from dipped to high beam and vice versa is carried out using the multifunction switch located on the left side of the steering column.
Note. If the exterior light is not switched off, an audible signal sounds when the ignition key is removed and the driver's door is opened.
1) On some models, when the parking lights are turned on, the dipped beam headlights are turned on at the same time.
Front fog lights
The front fog lights can be turned on if the switch is in position for parking lights or headlights by pulling the switch towards you to the first stop.
Rear fog lamp
If the vehicle is equipped with a rear fog light, pull the light switch towards you to the second stop to turn it on if the main switch is in the headlights on position.
2. Illumination of the instrument panel and switches
When the outdoor lighting is on, by turning the handwheel 2 to the right of the switch, you can adjust the illumination of the instrument panel and switches.
3. Headlight range adjustment
With different loading of the car at night, the high beam of the headlights can change the angle of inclination.
This creates the risk of dazzling oncoming drivers. To eliminate this drawback, the design of the car provides for the possibility of adjusting the angle of the headlights. To do this, turn the handwheel 3 to the right of the main outdoor lighting switch. To lower the beam, turn the handwheel in the direction (-), to raise the beam - in the direction (+).
Note. On some models, the beam angle of the headlights is automatically adjusted depending on the load.
