For example:
i = Z2:Z1
iG = Gear ratio of the gearbox stage = ZG2:ZG1 = 34:45 = 0.756
iA = Final drive ratio = ZA2:ZA1 = 60:18 = 3.389
iges./total = total gear ratio = iGxiA = 0.756x3.389 = 2.562
Z1 = number of teeth of the driving wheel, Z2 = number of teeth of the driven wheel.
