Pipe connections to the brake cylinders and distribution units are made in the form of cone couplings.
The ends of the pipes are crimped and form a cone-shaped adjacent surface for also having a similarly shaped cut holes in the brake cylinders and distribution units. Before the pipe ends are crimped, a pipe nut is placed on the pipe, which, when screwed in, presses the cone-shaped surface of the pipe against the receiving hole and thus creates a reliable seal.
Brake hoses form flexible connections between the resting and moving parts of the car.
Replacement of brake pipelines
The impeccable condition of the brake pipelines must be checked every 15,000 km. In this case, the greatest attention should be paid to the absence of mechanical damage, traces of stone impacts and the formation of rust.
