Release the handbrake handle.
Raise the rear of the car.
(46-400) Tighten the adjusting nut until there is no play in the entire handbrake system. Check the absence of play by tightening the cable rods going to the brakes.
Apply the handbrake lever several times.
Pull the lever 2-4 teeth. The rear wheels must not be turned by hand.
Release the handle and check the free rotation of both wheels, if necessary, loosen the tension by adjusting the equalizing lever.
