Instructions: The sound system supplied with the PCD 300 radio includes a 3-way speaker system: one low-frequency speaker, one mid-range speaker and one high-frequency speaker are installed in each front door. The system can be supplemented by a 2-way speaker system installed at the rear as an option: one low-frequency speaker and one high-frequency speaker in each rear door. With the RNS 510 radio navigation system, both front and rear speakers are always installed. With the RCD 500 radio system, both front and rear speakers are always installed. All speakers are passive (do not have built-in amplifiers). Removal and installation on the right and left sides are carried out in the same way.
Removal and installation front woofers
Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers, remove the ignition key. When replacing the speaker, first remove the door trim. Unlock the "arrow" connector clamps and disconnect it.

Using a suitable drill, drill out the arrow rivets and remove the speaker.
Instructions: Be sure to remove all sawdust from the door, otherwise it will lead to corrosion. If the paint layer was damaged during drilling, this damage must be repaired immediately.

Installation
The new speaker should be secured using special hidden rivets (install rivets only with the correct catalog number). Further installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Removal and installation rear woofers
Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers, remove the ignition key. To replace the speaker, first remove the door trim. Unlock the "arrow" connector clamps and disconnect it. Use a suitable drill to drill out the "arrow" rivets and remove the speaker.

Installation
The new speaker should be secured using special hidden rivets (install rivets only with the correct catalog number). Further installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Removal and installation front midrange speakers

Instructions: The midrange speaker is mounted in the rear of the door trim.
Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers, remove the ignition key. When replacing the speaker, first remove the door trim. Unlock the "arrow" connector clamps and disconnect it. Unscrew the screws from the speaker and remove it.

Removal and installation front tweeters
The high-frequency speakers are installed in the front doors, in the triangular trim of the mirror base. Turn off the ignition and all power consumers, remove the ignition key. When replacing the speaker, first remove the door trim. Disconnect the "arrow" connector of the wiring harness leading to the speaker.

Unscrew the "arrow" screw. Disconnect the trim together with the speaker.

If the "arrow" piston remains on the trim, disconnect it and insert it into the corresponding socket in the door.

Otherwise, the mirror base triangle trim will not fit properly. The speaker can only be replaced as a complete unit with the mirror base triangle trim.
