Lubricate the upper hinge "1" along the circumference of the "arrow" of the pin and the hole with lithium grease -G 000 150-. Lubricate the lower hinge "1" along the circumference of the "arrow" of the pin and the hole with lithium grease -G 000 150-.

Removal


Press to release the latch "arrow a" and detach the corrugated boot "2" from the A-pillar. Turn the locking lever "3" downwards "arrow b" and disconnect the electrical connector "4" from the block. Unscrew the bolt "5" and move the door opening limiter "6" inward "arrow c". Loosen the bolts "7" on the lower parts of both hinges "8". Lift the door together with the upper halves of the hinges "9" upwards "arrow d". When installing the door, use different torques for tightening the bolts. If the B-pillar has been replaced, then when installing the door, proceed as prescribed in the case of replacing the B-pillar. If the B-pillar has not been replaced, then when installing the door, proceed in accordance with the instructions in the next section (Installation).



Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Tightening torque of bolt "5" 32 Nm. Tightening torque of bolts "7" 30 Nm. Check the gaps around the perimeter of the rear door.
