If the ABS 2 warning light does not come on after the ignition is turned on and the test sequence is completed, the fault may be one of the following: the supply voltage is below 10 volts, there is a fault in the ABS system, a sporadic fault occurred during the last engine start, or a fault in the ABS warning light wiring.

If the ABS 2 warning light does not light up, but the brake system warning light 1 lights up after starting the engine, the malfunction may be as follows: the brake fluid level is too low, the brake pads are badly worn, or there is a fault in the wiring of the brake system warning light 1.

The original information is posted on the website www.VWMANUAL.ru

If the ABD Electronic Differential Lock (EDL) warning light 3 flashes rapidly at speeds up to 40 km/h, the electronic differential lock is activated. If the ABD electronic differential lock (EDL) indicator light 3 flashes slowly starting at 40 km/h, the electronic differential lock is not activated. This function warns about icy road surfaces.
