| Execution: | light alloy casting. |
| Lateral extension: | max 0.10 mm |
| Re-grinding of the connection surface: | absent |
| Valve seat hole diameter: inlet: — nominal size: | 37,000 - 37,016 mm |
| — repair size: | +0.20 mm |
| release: — nominal size: | 33.000 - 33.016 mm |
| — repair size: | +0.20 mm |
| Camshaft bearing diameter: — front bearing: | 32,000 - 32,025 mm |

Head gasket
Non-injected and turbocharged engines have different head gaskets.
| Number of manholes | Piston extension |
| 1 | 0,67 - 0,80 |
| 2 | 0,81 - 0,90 |
| 3 | 0,91 - 1,02 |
The head gasket has a tongue with 1, 2, or 3 grooves. The number of grooves corresponds to the gasket thickness, which depends on the piston lift above the crankcase top.
Valve seats
Both the intake and exhaust valves use push-fit sockets.
| O.D: for the intake valve — nominal size: | 37.090 - 37.105 mm |
| — repair size: | +0.20 mm |
| for the exhaust valve — nominal size: | 33.090 - 33.105 mm |
| repair size: | +0.20 mm |
| Head tension: | 0.074 - 0.105 mm |
Vortex chambers
The vortex chambers are insertable and are fitted using a lug. These cameras are not supplied as spare parts and if damaged, the head must be replaced.
Valve guides
The intake and exhaust valve guides are the same.
| Installation: | thickening to resistance |
| Length: | 36.50-36.75 mm |
| Hole diameter (after installation): | 8.013-8.035 mm |
