Engine blocks without injection and with turbocharging differ from each other. Turbocharged engine blocks have jets that cool the oil at the bottom of the pistons. The crankcases are made as castings with cylinders machined directly into the casting material. The distance between the cylinder centers is 88 mm, which allows for 11.5 mm thick walls between adjacent cylinder faces. In these engines, the cylinder block does not have bearing holes for the camshaft, which is located in the cylinder head.

Connecting rods

Connecting rods with a straight head connector are used. Installation method: protrusions at the bottom towards the front of the engine. Distance between axles: 136±0.05 mm.

Weight tolerance: 6g Diameter gap: max.0.40 mm.

Pistons

Installation method: combustion chambers on the side opposite the starter and oil filter. The pistons of non-injected engines are different from the pistons of turbocharged engines.
