Removal



1. Press the piston out of the brake caliper with compressed air.

To prevent damage to the piston, install a wooden stop.

2. Remove the sealing ring using the mounting wedge (1).

Installation



Before installation, apply a thin layer of G 052150 A2 assembly grease to the piston and sealing ring.

1. Insert the sealing ring into the cylinder.

2. Place the sealing cuff with the outer edge on the piston.

3. Insert the inner edge of the cuff into the groove of the cylinder using a wedge (1).
