Main elements of the lubrication system: 1 - 8 Nm (0.8 kgf·m); 2 - sealing ring (replace); 3 - intermediate connecting flange (only in 1300 and 1600 vehicles); 4-20 Nm (2 kgf·m); 5 - oil pressure sensor (10 Nm (1.0 kgf·m)); 6 - bypass valve; 7 - mesh oil filter (clean); 8 - oil filter cover (the sealing surface must be flat);9 - oil filler neck (remove and install; in vehicles with a 1200 engine - with a vent tube and a rubber valve at the bottom); 10 - oil radiator in cars with 1200 engine; 11 - oil radiator in cars with 1300 and 1600 engines (if the engine oil becomes contaminated due to scuffing on the main and connecting rod bearings, or if metal filings get into the crankcase, the oil cooler must be replaced); 12 - oil dipstick (oil level: maximum - 2.50 l, minimum - 1.25 l); 13 - oil pump housing (remove and check for wear); 14 - gears (check axial play); 15 - safety valve; 16 - oil pump cover (if it has shifted, sand it down); 17 - nut M8 (25 Nm (2.5 kgf·m), has a sealing ring inside); 18 - cap nut M6 (8 Nm (0.8 kgf·m))
