Removing
Remove front seats.
Remove the parking brake lever rubber seal and rear floor covering.
Loosen the locknut and adjusting nut of the brake cable and remove the compensating bracket while holding the threaded part of the cable with a screwdriver.
Remove the retaining ring from the parking brake lever bearing pin and remove the bearing pin.
Pull the parking brake lever (without pressing the trigger) back until it is removed along with the gear sector.
Press the release button (the toothed sector will separate).
Installation
Install the toothed sector in the parking brake lever so that its cutout lies on the bearing bush of the support pin, and the toothed sector coincides with the pawl.
Install the lever from above into the mount in the frame channel. In this case, lay both ends of the rope on the left and right along the eccentric. Attention! When installing the lever, the toothed sector must be positioned so that its front cutout hits the edge of the metal sheet of the frame channel.
Lubricate the bearing pin and all joints with multipurpose grease. Install the support pin, install the retaining ring.
Attach the brake cable to the compensating bracket, adjust the parking brake.
