Removal
Remove the rear brake drum.
Remove the rear brake pads (see section "Removal and installation rear brake pads").
Disconnect the cable from the brake lever and brake shoe, remove the cable bracket.
Remove the parking brake lever.
Pull the cable back out of the guide.
Installation
Slide the brake cable into the guide and secure its bracket to the brake support shield.

Attach the brake cable to the brake lever of the brake shoe, install all parts.
Install the brake drum.
Place the cable on the eccentric of the parking brake lever. Install the lever.
Adjust the rear wheel brakes.
Adjust the parking brake.
