The brake fluid reservoir has two chambers, one for each of the brake circuits. The tank cap has a vent hole that must not be clogged.
The tank is made of transparent plastic, so the level of brake fluid in it can be easily determined by eye. This level must always be between the mark "min" and an edge located along the perimeter of the tank.
Due to the wear of the friction linings of the front disc brakes, a slight drop in the level of the brake fluid occurs. This is normal. If the level of the brake fluid drops significantly in a short period of time, then this indicates a leak.
The leak must be found immediately. As a rule, such places are worn cuffs in wheel brake cylinders. For safety, you should entrust the system check to the specialists of the service station or workshop.
