Remove the plugs for the mounting bolts from the trim. Loosen (first by hitting the punch) phillips head bolts and then remove them. Remove the door.

If you only need to remove the door or replace the hinge pin, then, if possible, you should remove the pin using a puller, since knocking it out with a hammer using a rod can deform the hinge or the body.

Installation

Check the door seal and, if necessary, glue new seals with universal glue.

Remove the retaining plate on the lock post (for a better door fit). Install and adjust the door, ensuring that the marks on the door frame and hinges match. The door must have the same gap to the body along the entire length of the edge and not protrude outward.

Important! The door hinges must first be loosely secured to the plates with threaded holes that can slide in the lower and upper brackets. Then you need to adjust the door and finally tighten the bolts.

Install and adjust the locking plate.

Remove the plastic plugs from the hinges and lubricate the hinges with grease using a syringe.

Lubricate the contact surfaces of the lock latch and the locking plate with a thin layer of vaseline or MOS₂-based paste.
