Removing
Loosen the door stop on the hinge.
Make marks with a scriber on the hinge and frame (see arrow).
Remove plugs for fixing bolts from casing. Let loose (first by hitting the drift) cross-head bolts, and then unscrew them. Remove door.
If it is only necessary to remove the door or replace the hinge axis, then, if possible, remove the axis with a puller, since knocking it out with a hammer using a rod can deform the hinge or body.
Installation
Check the door seal, if necessary stick on new seals with universal adhesive.
Remove retaining plate on lock (for better door fit). Install and fit the door, making sure that the marks on the rack and hinges match. The door must have the same gap to the body along the entire length of the edge and not protrude outward.
Attention! The door hinges must first be fastened freely to the plates with threaded holes, which can be moved in the lower and upper holders. Then it is necessary to adjust the door and finally tighten the bolts.
Install and adjust the fixing plate.
Remove the plastic plugs from the hinges and lubricate the hinges with grease using a syringe.
Lubricate the contact surfaces of the latch of the lock and the fixing plate with a thin layer of Vaseline or MOS-based paste2.
