Elements of fastening of a back door on Wagon models
- 1 - back door,
- 2 - upholstery of the rear door,
- 3 - tift with a recess for fastening the door buffer,
- 4 - adjustable rear door buffer,
- 5 - ball joint for fastening the upper part of the rear door support, 20 Nm,
- 6 - pneumatic door support,
- 7 - casing of the shock plate of the rear door lock,
- 8 - shock plate of the rear door lock,
- 9 - bolts, 25 Nm,
- 10 - nut, 20 Nm,
- 11 - nut, 10 Nm,
- 12 - adjusting plate,
- 13 - gasket,
- 14 - rear door hinge,
- 15 - bolt, 10 Nm,
- 16 - rear door seal
Warning: The rear door air support 6 is removed and installed in the same way as the air hood support.
Warning: After unscrewing the nuts 10 on both sides of the door, you can remove the door from the vehicle.
Warning: Adjustment plate 12 allows adjustment of the position of the tailgate.
Order of execution
1. Remove an internal upholstery of a back door.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the license plate light.
3. Loosen two nuts (2) and remove the door handle plate.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the rear door lock.
5. Release the traction (8) rear door lock.
6. unscrew the screws (10) and remove the rear door lock (9) from the back door.
7. Remove the bracket with the lock cylinder.
8. Unscrew and remove the central locking actuator.
