Installing door glass

• 1 - door glass,

Removal

1. Remove the interior door trim.

2. Remove the technological plugs (1) covering the holes in the inner part of the door, see Fig. Front door with door trim removed.

3. Lower the door glass until you have access to the glass mounting bolts.

Warning: If the power windows do not work, lower the door window manually.

4. Loosen the bolt (2) (see fig. Front door with door trim removed) and release the clips securing the glass to the window regulator.

5. By lifting the rear part of the glass and turning it at the same time, remove the glass outward from the door window opening, see Fig. Direction for removing glass from the door.

Installation

1. In the reverse order of removal, install the glass in the door and secure it to the clamps. The clamps should be located at the level of the technological holes.

2. Move the glass back, insert it into the guide and secure it with the screws (2), tightening them to a torque of 10 Nm, see Fig. Installing the door glass.

3. Install technological plugs.

4. Install the interior door trim.
