Removing
Remove air filter.
Disconnect the electrical wires from the automatic starter and the air circulation cut-off valve, mark the vacuum hose and disconnect it from the carburetor.
Mark the inlet and outlet fuel hoses and disconnect them.
Disconnect the throttle cable, pull out the clamping screw.
Unscrew securing nuts on intake manifold -arrow-, then unscrew nuts at rear.
Remove flanged carburetor and pull back. Remove flange gasket.
Remove carburetor with intermediate flange and gasket.
Unscrew the 2 nuts on the bottom of the flange using a bent ring wrench, remove the carburetor from the flange.
Close the inlet of the inlet pipe with a clean cloth.
Installation
Be sure to install new carburetor flange gaskets.
Unscrew the flange with a new gasket to the carburetor, install a new gasket, put the carburetor with a flange not too much - tighten it up.
Fasten the throttle cable with a clamping screw, adjust the throttle cable, connect the electrical wires to the automatic start device and the air circulation cut-off valve.
Connect the vacuum hose and fuel hoses to the carburetor in accordance with the markings made.
Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the carburetor in accordance with the markings made and secure them with a clamp. There is a non-return valve in the fuel outlet hose. The arrow on this valve must point towards the fuel tank.
Install air filter, adjust idle speed.
