
- 1 - Outer CV joint, can only be replaced as an assembly, installation: push onto the shaft until it stops using a plastic hammer
- 2 - Bolt, 70 Nm and tighten by 90°, replace after each removal, when loosening and tightening the bolts the car should not stand on the wheels
- 3 - Drive shaft
- 4 - Clamp, replace after each removal
- 5 - CV joint boot, check for cracks and wear
- 6 - Clamp, replace after each removal
- 7 - Elastic washer with splined hole
- 8 - Retaining ring, replace after each removal, install in the shaft groove
- 9 - CV joint boot without ventilation hole, check for cracks and abrasion, remove from the joint using a drift, apply -D 454 300 A2- to the mating surface before installing on the CV joint
- 10 - Clamp, replace after each removal
- 11 - Backing plate
- 12 - Socket head screw, M8x48, must first be tightened crosswise to 10 Nm, then finally tightened crosswise to the prescribed torque of 40 Nm, after each removal the bolts must be replaced
- 13 - Retaining ring, replace after each removal
- 14 - Seal, replace after each removal, the CV joint surface to which the seal is glued must be degreased!
- 15 - Inner CV joint, can only be replaced as an assembly
- 16 - Elastic washer with splined hole
