Removal



Remove the right rear shield that directs warm air.

Release the thermostat from the bracket and remove it.

Installation



Connect the thermostat to the connecting rod, install and secure it to the bracket.

Install the guide shield.

Adjustment



Connect the thermostat to the connecting rod.

Loosen the thermostat bracket mounting nut.


Loosen the thermostat bracket mounting nut.

Press the thermostat upwards so that the valve is set to the open position.

Move the thermostat bracket until the thermostat touches the holder with its upper stop.

Check the operation of the regulator by moving the thermostat in both directions.

Secure the thermostat to the bracket.

Examination



Remove the thermostat.

Place the thermostat in a bath of water and heat the water to 65-70°C.
