Removal



Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.

Remove the steering wheel.

Disconnect all wires from the steering column switch.

Loosen the internal hex bolt under the switch.

Remove the spacer sleeve with a screwdriver.

Pull the switch up from the steering column.

Installation



Insert the switch into the steering column, connect all the wires to it according to the electrical diagram.

Tighten the internal hex bolt under the switch.

a = 41.5 mm
b = 2-4 mm


Slide the spacer sleeve onto the steering column until the distance from the front end surface of the steering column to the front end surface of the spacer sleeve is 41.5 mm.

When the bushing is correctly positioned, there should be a gap of 2 to 4 mm between the steering…


When the bushing is correctly positioned, there should be a gap of 2 to 4 mm between the steering wheel hub and the steering column switch.

Install the steering wheel, connect the ground wire to the battery.
