To tow the vehicle, first remove the right grille at the bottom of the front bumper and screw in the towing eye. The towing eye is located with the on-board tool.

Press your fingers firmly in the direction of arrow 1 on the top edge and simultaneously pull the grate in the direction of arrow 2.
The eye has a left-hand thread.
Use a proper towing rope.
Turn the ignition key to the "on" position to release the steering column lock and operate the turn signals and brake lights.
Before towing, release the handbrake and place the gearshift lever in neutral.
Please note that more force is required to press the brake pedal, as the brake booster only operates when the engine is running.
On models with power steering, it will also require more effort to turn the steering wheel.
On models with automatic transmission, take special care, otherwise the transmission can be easily damaged.
