Execution order
1. To lift the car, it is necessary to use a jack installed under the supporting points of the car body, which are located approximately 17 cm from the corresponding wheel arch.
2. Install the jack.
Warning: If the jack is not positioned under the supporting point of the vehicle body, damage to the vehicle body may occur. In addition, there is a risk of injury.
Warning: The jack arm must fit snugly around the vertical edge of the side member to prevent the jack from slipping when lifting the vehicle.
Warning: At the same time, level the jack and raise the jack arm until it rests firmly against the vertical edge.
Warning: When installing the jack on soft ground, the car may fall off the jack. Therefore, it is necessary to place the jack on hard ground. If necessary, use a stable and relatively large support.
3. To lift the car, you need to use a lift.
4. To avoid damage to the underside of the vehicle, it is essential to use appropriate rubberized pads.
Warning: The vehicle must never be lifted under the oil pan, under the gearbox, under the rear or front axles, otherwise serious damage to components and assemblies may occur.
5. Before entering the lift, make sure that there is sufficient distance between low-lying points of the vehicle and the lift elements.
6. At the front of the vehicle, install the lift paw under the vertical reinforcements of the side members (arrow 1). The middle of the lift paw should be coaxial with the underbody reinforcement (arrow 2).
7. At the rear of the vehicle, place the lift paw under the vertical reinforcements of the side members in the area of mark 2 on the body for installing the jack (arrow 1).
