Execution order
1. Using the plastic clip from the tool kit, pull the cap off the wheel bolt.
2. Insert the adapter into the recess of the wheel bolt until it stops.
3. Slide the wheel wrench onto the adapter until it stops. Use the wheel wrench to unscrew the wheel mounting bolt.
4. After changing the wheel, remove the adapter from the wheel bolt and install the cap.
5. A secret code is stamped on the end surface of the adapter. Only on the basis of this code can you order a spare adapter from a Volkswagen service center.
