Lower the door glass down.
Carefully remove the seals with a flat-head screwdriver.
At the top, extend the glass guides by approximately 10 cm.
Unscrew the guide screws at the bottom (see picture) and at the top, under the rubber seal.

Move the guides downwards at an angle into the door.
Detach the door glass from below, near the window regulator; lift up and remove from the door.
If necessary, you can also remove the window with the guide removed if the rubber seal is damaged.
