NOTE: The adjustment of the lock loop with the closer is carried out by analogy.
Remove the lining of the lock shelf.
Guide wedges and pins must be loosened.
Release the lock loop by loosening screws 1 (pic. 8.15).
Move the lock loop back in the direction - arrows - and tighten the bolts 1.
Close the tailgate and check its adjustment.
By loosening the bolts 1, you can move the lock loop in the grooves.
After adjustment, tighten screws 1.
Tightening torque: 25 Nm.
Adjust guide wedges and pins.
Guide Wedge and Guide Pin Adjustment
Before adjusting the guide wedges and pins, the tailgate must be adjusted separately.
Tighten screws 1 and 5 only until the screw heads lightly press guide wedge 6 and guide pin 2.
The adjustment of the guide wedges and trunnions in the grooves must be carried out without the use of force.
Before adjusting, pull out the guide wedges 6 on the tailgate 4 as far as possible.
Then, to set the wedges and pins in the correct position, close the tailgate by lightly pressing in the middle.
Open the tailgate and tighten screws 1 and 5 with a tightening torque of 6 Nm.
