Attaching the B+ wire to the generator
Caution: Tightening the B+ wire fastener to the wrong torque results in the following effects. The battery will not fully charge. Complete failure of the electrical equipment and electronics of the car. Fire hazard due to possible sparks. Damage to electronic components and control units due to overvoltage.
Fastening nut for cable B+ -arrow- Tighten to 15 Nm.
- 1 - Bolt with an internal asterisk, M8x45, 23 Nm
- 2 - Upper tension roller
- 3 - Regulator housing
- 4 - Hexagonal flange bolts, M8x45.23 Nm
- 5 - Hexagonal collared nut, M8. Fixing nut for B+ wire on the back of the alternator, 15 Nm
- 6 - Phillips head screw, M5x21, 4.5 Nm
- 7 - Hexagon nut, low, M8
- 8 - Washer, M5
- 9 - Protective cap
- 10 - Phillips screws, M4x19, 2 Nm
- 11 - Phillips screw, M4x13, 2 Nm
- 12 - Voltage regulator
- 13 - Three-phase generator
- 14 - V-ribbed belt
- 15 - Bolts with hexagon heads with collars, M8x90, 23 Nm
- 16 - Centering sleeves. Before installing the air conditioning compressor, insert into the accessory bracket
- 17 - Lower tension roller
- 18 - Bracket for accessories for tensioner and air conditioner compressor
- 19 - Hexagonal shoulder bolt, M10x65, 45 Nm
Without fig. - M5 fixing nut of the wire holder on the back of the generator - 3.2 Nm, M8 fixing bolts of the air conditioner compressor to the bracket of additional units - 23 Nm
