- 3 - Bolt, 32 Nm, always replace removed bolts with new ones
- 4 - Bolt, this bolt needs to be unscrewed to remove the door from the hinge, 30 Nm
- 5 - Door hinge, the lower part of the hinge is connected to the upper part using bolt "4", the hinge consists of two parts
- 6 - Bolt, screwed in from the inside of the car, 32 Nm, after replacing the A-pillar, other tightening torques must be used, removed bolts must always be replaced with new ones
- 7 - Bolt, 32 Nm, after replacing the A-pillar, other tightening torques must be used, removed bolts must always be replaced with new ones
- 8 - Bolt, 32 Nm
- 9 - Door opening limiter
- 10 - Bolt, 32 Nm
- 11 - Bolt, remove bolt on driver's side, to perform this operation on front passenger side remove glove box, 32 Nm. After replacing A-pillar other tightening torques must be applied, removed bolts must always be replaced with new ones
- 12 - Door hinge, the lower part of the hinge is connected to the upper part using a bolt "13", the hinge consists of two parts
- 13 - Bolt, this bolt needs to be unscrewed to remove the door from the hinge, 30 Nm
- 14 - Door hinge, the upper part of the hinge is connected to the lower part using a bolt "13", the hinge consists of two parts
- 15 - Bolt, 32 Nm, always replace removed bolts with new ones
- 16 - Bolt, 32 Nm, after replacing the A-pillar, other tightening torques must be used, removed bolts must always be replaced with new ones
Lubricating new door hinges
Instruction: The description is made for the right side of the car. The left side is similar to the right.
The new hinge is lubricated after painting. Lubricate the upper hinge "1" along the circumference of the "arrow" of the pin and the hole with lithium consistent grease -G 000 150-. Lubricate the lower hinge "1" along the circumference of the "arrow" of the pin and the hole with lithium consistent grease -G 000 150-.
