Front stabilizer — removal and installation (VW Lt 28)

1. This simply involves disconnecting the end ties from the lower shackle and then releasing the clips on the body.

2. Replace the rubber bushings if necessary, using a press or an auxiliary tool consisting of a bolt, nut, strips and thrust washers, both for removing the bushings and for installing them. Soak the bushings in brake fluid before installation, this will make the process easier.

3. When installing, tighten the bolts and nuts to the required degree.
