List of units and parts of the intake tract of 1.9 L BLS and BSU diesel engines with technological notes on repairs to Figure VC3.077:
1. Heat shield mounting screw: 10 Nm.
2. Heat shield bracket.
3. Heat shield.
4. Turbocharger oil supply hose:
- Before installation, fill the turbocharger with engine oil through the oil supply line.
5. Turbocharger:
- can only be replaced as a complete assembly with the exhaust manifold.
6. Vacuum hose connecting the vacuum chamber to the solenoid valve block.
7. Sealing:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
8. To the particulate filter.
9. Clamp connecting turbocharger to diesel particulate filter: 7 Nm.
10. Exhaust manifold:
- replace only as a complete unit with a turbocharger.
11. Exhaust manifold mounting nut: 25 Nm:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
12. Turbocharger mounting screw to support: 25 Nm.
13. Sealing:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
14. Exhaust gas recirculation pipe.
15. EGR pipe flange fastening nut: 25 Nm:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
16. Turbocharger support flange fastening screw: 15 Nm.
17. Sealing ring:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
18. Hollow bolt for draining oil into the engine crankcase: 60 Nm.
19. Turbocharger support, including oil drain channel.
20. Exhaust gas temperature sensor (G235): 45 Nm:
- Before installation, lubricate the sensor threads with heat-resistant paste.
21. Shield.
22. Inlet connecting pipe (into the turbocharger) air duct.
23. Tightening screw: 9 Nm.
24. Heat shield mounting screw: 10 Nm.
