List of units and parts of the intake tract of the 1.9 l BJB diesel engine with technological notes on repairs to figure VC3.074:
1. Screw: 10 Nm.
2. Union nut: 22 Nm.
3. Pressure oil line:
- Before installing the supply oil line, check for blockages;
- Before installing the turbocharger on the connecting pipe of the supply oil line, pour oil into the turbocharger through the oil line pipe.
4. Union nut: 22 Nm.
5. Gasket;
- replace with a new one during assembly.
6. Washer.
7. Nut: 25 Nm:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
8. Bracket.
9. Bolt; 40 Nm:
- First tighten all the bolts by hand.
10. Connecting pipe: air filter - turbocharger.
11. Connecting element.
12. Gasket:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
13. Sealing ring
- replace with a new one during assembly.
14. Pipe: 40 Nm.
15. Return oil line to the cylinder block:
- tighten the union nut to a torque of 30 Nm.
16. Return oil line flange fastening screw: 17 Nm.
17. Vacuum hose connecting
vacuum chamber with block
electromagnetic valves.
18. Turbocharger;
- can only be replaced as a complete assembly with the exhaust manifold.
19. Turbocharger mounting screw: 20 Nm;
- First tighten all screws by hand.
20. Heat shield mounting screw: 20 Nm:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
21. Heat shield.
22. Sealing:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
23. Clamp: 7 Nm.
24. Intake pipe.
25. Bracket of the oil supply line:
- secure the pressure oil line before installation.
26. Connecting tube fastening screw: 22 Nm;
- replace with a new one during assembly,
27. Connecting tube to the exhaust gas bypass valve.
28. Pipe: 30 Nm:
- replace with a new one during assembly;
- apply a thin layer of lubricant to the threads and supporting surface.
