Remove clutch cable.
Installation
Lubricate the cable with multipurpose grease.
Insert the cable from the front into the frame tunnel. To do this, put the screw part between the index and middle fingers and bring it through the hole in the frame tunnel to the guide tube of the clutch cable.
Place both fingers behind the inlet of the tube and insert the threaded part of the cable into the tube. Push the cable with your right hand until its screw part is completely inserted into the tube. Then push the cable through completely.
Attach the clutch cable to the hook-shaped lever (it is located on the clutch pedal shaft), and on the pedal mechanism. Keep the lever in a vertical position so that the cable does not unhook. Insert the pedal mechanism into the hole in the tunnel and lightly fasten with two bolts.
Install the brake pusher on the trunnion and tighten the two bolts of its fastening. Install the brake pedal return spring and pushrod circlip.
Attention! The snap ring must be installed correctly.
If the stop was rearranged, adjust the pedal mechanism. Adjust pedal stop (see arrow) so that the brake pedal has a free play of about 5 mm.
Lay the cable guide on the gearbox bracket. Pay attention to the correct installation of the rubber sealing collar at the end of the guide.
Adjust clutch pedal free play.
Check cable guide deflection. Lubricate the wing nut and the helical part of the cable with multipurpose grease.
