Removal



Attention! Observe fire safety precautions!


Open the trunk lid.

Remove the clamps from the filler neck and the fuel tank vent tube.

Disconnect the wire from the fuel level indicator sensor.

Remove 4 fuel tank mounting bolts.

Disconnect the fuel hose.

In cars with a petrol tap: close the petrol tap, remove the cotter pin from it and remove the tap handle.

Remove the tank.

Installation



Place the tank support.

Install the fuel tank and tighten its mounting bolts securely. Pull the fuel hose under the end of the frame, connect it to the tank and secure it with a clamp.

For vehicles with a petrol tap: set the tap handle to the 45° position, put it on and secure it with a cotter pin.

Connect the wire to the fuel level sensor.

Connect the hose and vent tube to the fuel tank and secure them with clamps.

Close the trunk lid.
