Wheels are balanced at the factory. Balancing is necessary to eliminate uneven distribution of material and inaccuracies in wheel manufacturing. During the operation of the car, the imbalance of the wheels manifests itself in the form of shaking and vibrations. Over time, this can lead to damage to the ball joints of the suspension, which will cause increasing vibration of the entire car. The first sign of wheel imbalance is steering wheel vibration.
As a general rule, the wheels must be balanced every 15,000 km and after every tire repair, as the distribution of weight and material on the tires changes due to wear and tear.
