Before any trip, the first thing to check is the air pressure in the tires.
Attention! The air pressure should be checked when the tires are cold, because the tires heat up as a result of driving, and the pressure in them increases. Part of the air should not be released from heated tires to achieve "correct" pressure.
With increased tire pressure, the middle of the tread wears out the most.
Tire pressure
Tire size | Pressure, bar (atm) | |||
Average load | Full load | |||
front | rear | front | rear | |
5.60-15 4 PR, 6.00-15 L4 PR | 1,1 | 1,9 | 1,3 | 1,9 |
155 SR 13 | 1,3 | 1,9 | 1,3 | 1,9 |
Note. When using winter tires, the air pressure in all wheels must be increased by 0.2 bar. It's also recommended to do this before long highway driving at high speeds.
