Dismantling
Remove the radiator grille by placing 5 slotted head screws in a vertical position and removing the grille, drain the coolant and assemble it.
Disconnect the lower radiator hose and drain the coolant completely.
Mark the electrical wires of both thermostats.
Unscrew the thermostats, disconnect the upper hose, and lift the front of the car.
Remove the spare wheel by unscrewing the hex bolts and pulling out the grab hook.
Attention! The spare wheel bowl falls down, be careful!
Remove the bowl.
Unscrew the two metal-rubber supports at the top.
Remove the electrical wires from the fan motor.
Unscrew the radiator together with the fastening on the right and left and pull it out together with the fan downwards.
Installation
Insert the radiator together with the fan from below and screw the mount to the structure.
Screw the metal-rubber supports on top, connect the electric fan plug, and secure the lower hose with clamps.
Install the spare wheel cup, place the wheel in it and screw the cup on.
Lower the car.
Screw in both thermostats with new seals; black at the top, red at the bottom. Connect the wires.

Secure the top hose, fill with coolant, install the radiator grille.
After a test run, check to see if water is leaking through the connections and tighten the clamps if necessary.
Warning! When the engine is warm, the fan may continue to operate for some time after the engine is turned off or may suddenly turn on when the ignition is turned off.
