(1) shaft. Can be of different lengths depending on the drive design
(2) Protective cover. Check for scratches and abrasions
(3)synchronous articulation
(4| protective cap. Knock out of the synchronous joint
(5) retaining ring, replace
Directions: stuff 45 grams into each joint on each side (only 9.0 grams) consistent grease. When replacing the protective cover, lubricate the joint if necessary.
Dismantling
Raise the rear of the vehicle.
Loosen the hex bolts on both joints and remove the joints.
Caution: Joints must be protected from dirt.
Installation
Before installation, check the protective covers; replace any defective ones immediately.
Install the cardan shafts, screw in the bolts with a lock washer. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 45 Nm.
Lower the car.
