(1) shaft. Can be of various lengths depending on the drive version
(2) protective cover. Check for scratches and abrasions
(3) synchronous joint
(4| protective cap. Knock out of synchronous joint
(5) retaining ring, replace
Direction: stuff 45 grams into the joint on each side (only 9.0 grams) grease. When replacing the guard, lubricate the joint if necessary.
Dismantling
Raise the rear of the car.
Unscrew the hexagon bolts on both joints, pull out the joints.
Attention: the joints must be protected from dirt.
Installation
Before installation, check the protective covers, replace the defective ones immediately.
Install cardan shafts, screw in bolts with lock washer. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 45 Nm.
Lower the car.
