Removal



Remove the gear shift drive.

Unlock and disconnect the plug connection.

Unlock the electromagnet in the mount and remove it from the locking lever 1 and the gear shift drive (Fig. 3.20).

Installation



Place the lever of electromagnet 2 vertically upwards.

Slide the solenoid from the front into the gearshift drive mount.

Connect lever 2 to locking lever 1 (Fig. 3.20).

Push the electromagnet all the way into the gearshift drive until it locks into place in its mount (Fig. 3.21).

Check that the electromagnet is installed in the mount as far as it will go and that the lever is engaged with the locking lever.
