Instructions: The additional heater can be switched on and off via radio from a distance of approximately 600 meters (in the open). In built-up areas and when operating the heater from inside a building, this distance is reduced. When pressing the keys on the remote control, it must be held vertically (this way radio signals are better received by the car's antenna and a greater transmitter range is achieved). After disconnecting the battery from the vehicle electrical system, there is no need to re-adapt the additional heater remote control. When replacing the remote control, a basic installation must be performed using the VAS 5051B tester.

Switching on additional heater via radio channel

Press the "1" key, and the control LED "2" should light up green. The operating time of the additional heater is determined when switched on using the remote control (the time interval is encoded in the enable signal). This time interval is programmed into the remote control chip and cannot be changed.

Disabling additional heater via radio channel

Press the "3" key, and the control LED "2" should light up red. The heater will go into the operating mode after switching off, and then switch off completely.

Replacing the battery in the remote control

Instructions: Ensure correct position of the power element, Install a similar 3-volt power element. The correspondence of the heater and control panel codes is not violated, there is no need for adaptation

Remove the battery compartment cover "1" in the direction of the "arrow" and remove the battery. Install a new battery and replace the cover.
